Biography

Hello! I am Stacey Snitker, and I am so excited to start my eighth year here at Quest Academy. This year I will be teaching second grade, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I previously taught third grade, worked as a support teacher in second grade, and I have also worked in Special Education. This year is going to be amazing! I can’t wait to help my students grow and become responsible young people. My goal is to create a safe learning environment where students can share their ideas and learn from each other. I want every child to FEEL successful, and BE successful!! In the classroom I try to teach by the words of Benjamin Franklin ~

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

I currently live in Roy, Utah with my husband and four (not so little) children. I have a missionary serving in Texas, a senior, a ninth grader, & a seventh grader. In my spare time I like to have fun with my family by going boating, camping, target shooting, playing board games, attending plays, and grabbing a bite to eat at Chick-fil-A. I also love to read and learn new things.
